Integrated project management

Integrated project management

Integrated project management (EPCm) combines many processes associated with design, supply, construction management.

EPCm is an English abbreviation (engineering, procurement, construction management - engineering, procurement, construction management).

The subject of the contract is the transfer to the customer of a fully finished turnkey object. The EPCm contractor is the general contractor, i.e. concludes contracts with subcontractors on its own behalf.

The EPCm contractor represented by NNGP is a general contractor that fully implements the investment project and assumes project management risks from the moment of design and until the transfer of the finished object to the customer (including the fulfillment of warranty obligations).

The EPCm contract provides for both the total cost of the project and a fixed date for putting the facility into operation, and achieving the basic technical parameters of the facility.

NNGP company implements the integrated project management, and not specific work. Specialized types of work are performed by professionals. The task of NNGP is to assess the required properties (capabilities, professionalism, labor resources, etc.) chosen contractors / suppliers, distribute work and areas of responsibility correctly between them. Further - to coordinate their actions, resolve controversial issues, plan the general scheme of the project, change plans in case of critical changes with minimal consequences, and then with all stops.

NNGP's core quality as an Integrated Project Management (EPCm) contractor is its experience and skills in organizing construction, procurement and recruiting personnel to manage and integrate contractors' labor.
