For the successful implementation of projects and the growth of our Customers' business, NNGP offers one of the ways to reduce risks - the involvement of experienced "managers" - project management consulting services (PMC).

PMC (from English - Project Management Consulting) is a project management contract that includes the management of the resources of the Customer and Contractors with responsibility for the result.

NNGP as a PMC contractor, unlike suppliers, licensors and other contractors, acts directly in the interests of the Customer.

Hiring a PMC contractor is justified if:

the client's project management team has no competencies in similar projects;

no experience in implementing similar projects,

attracting funding requires the participation of independent experts,

investors request additional appraisal and audit.



A key feature of the PMC contract is the absence of material responsibility for the selected technical solutions and the feasibility of investments.

NNGP, as a project management consultant, assesses the current state, identifies existing and possible problems, offers recommendations on the further execution of work and develops a risk management strategy for non-compliance with construction deadlines, budget and quality. The contractor or the customer should follow these recommendations.

The project management team during peak periods can range from 5 to several dozen people, depending on the size of the project.

The PMC contractor can start work at various stages of the project, but, as the practice of successful projects shows, it is more effective to involve it at the stages of conceptual study and investment justification of the project, namely, before the final decision is made.
